Amid this epidemic, many people around the world are working from home or losing their jobs.

At times like these, it is even more difficult to deal with the loss of part or all of your income. However, there are opportunities for you to do your best in this situation and do your best to earn more money at home - and perhaps spend your entire income.

My partner and I had been away from full-time for four years, and during that time, we worked regularly from "home," which was often a hotel pool or even on the beach. During those four years, we were able to make a lot of money. We started with private gigs that will generate about $ 5 per hour and eventually increase that to generate $ 15,000 a month, all of which is still working away and we are moving.

We tend to work from anywhere and find ways to lead when times are tough. During the closure, thankfully we were able to save our money and keep most of our customers. We've also got some new customers.

If we can do it, you can do it too. Here are some ways in which you can make money during the COVID-19 epidemic.

1. Sell a digital product

Can you play a particular game? Create a quick guide with all the tips you've read. Or maybe you are a breakfast lover and can create a simple five-minute breakfast cookbook.

The internet is full of digital products, e-books, and whatever. That’s because it’s so much easier to create digital products than you think. And things you can talk about or teach online can also be included in the guide.

Another easy and comfortable way to use tools like Canva. You do not need masterpieces to create something that looks professional.

I have created a printable and Google Spreadsheet content calendar to edit social media content. I have been using them myself for many years and decided to polish them and add them to my website. I have done it once, and they continue to make money, month after month. That one product sells between 25 and 30 times a month, making it $ 200 a month.

My partner, Peter, wrote a book about how to get started in e-commerce. He will also be introducing two new books later in the year on how to get a startup and how to take your ideas and make them a business.

Tip: Don't expect to sell thousands of copies of your digital product immediately. Calm down, get an answer, and build on that. Treat all sales as a win. Collect testimonials from your customers and share them for greater momentum.

2. Online gigs

When we first started visiting, we were unaware of what we were doing and were introduced to a platform called Fiverr. It’s a place where you can offer almost any type of service, starting at $ 5. From photo editing to story writing or website building, you can find almost anything you can think of there. Creating a profile is easy and free.

Just browsing through it can give you ideas on what to do. The gigs we’ve done in the past are: creating our video of cooking, voice work, swimming lessons, answering questions about our home countries, and teaching a spying program to manipulate the human movement of the games.

If you have a problem, use that as an opportunity to do something new. The process itself is fun and exciting, and who knows where it can lead? Letting go of some of your insecurities can be intimidating, but remember that those who take action in difficult times will become stronger and more resilient.

Like Fiverr, Upwork and Freelancer are some websites where you can find freelance work. If you can write, translate, or social media, these sites are a good place to start looking for freelance work. Even lawyers and project managers work in these forums.

These markets are crowded now, but dig deeper into making you stand out from the rest of the private sector, and show off those skills.

3. Sell artwork

If you are an artist or have always wanted to design your sales, this is your chance. Websites like Redbubble allow you to create your products, including shirts, socks, cups, stickers, books, phone cases and puzzles. Just make your design, put it on your product, and start selling. Redbubble will take care of your payments and shipments. We have created products for ourselves there, such as this women's empowerment notebook.

Good to take pictures? That too is art. You can upload your photos to stock websites like Envato or Shutterstock and continue making money.

There are many ways you can start making more money on the side while you are closed. And the best thing you can do without leaving the comforts of your home. In most cases, you do not need anything more than your computer and the internet.

Take this opportunity to make money during the COVID-19 epidemic and build something beautiful in the world.
